Interactive Real Estate works with Brizy through its HTML/Embed widget. Paste your project shortcode into any Brizy section and your interactive building map or floor plan renders immediately — no extra configuration needed.
How to set it up
Up and running in minutes
Prepare your project in Interactive Real Estate and copy the shortcode
Open your page in Brizy builder
Add an HTML widget to your desired section
Paste the shortcode (e.g. [irep_project id="123"]) and publish
Troubleshooting
When it doesn't render
The handful of things that actually go wrong with this builder, and what fixes each one.
The builder preview shows an empty box
- Why
- Brizy renders HTML widgets in a sandboxed preview that does not execute WordPress shortcodes while you are editing.
- Fix
- Expected while editing. Publish and view the page normally — the map renders on the front end. Brizy's own Preview button also shows it correctly.
Changes to the project don't show after publishing
- Why
- Brizy stores a compiled copy of the page and serves that rather than rebuilding it on each request.
- Fix
- Re-publish the page in Brizy after changing project data, then clear any hosting cache. Status changes then appear on the next load.
The map overflows its section on mobile
- Why
- The HTML widget sits in a section with horizontal padding set only at the desktop breakpoint, so the map has more width than the viewport at small sizes.
- Fix
- Set the section's padding per breakpoint in Brizy, or set the containing column to 100% width on mobile. The map itself is responsive.
The shortcode works on one page but not another
- Why
- The page it fails on is likely built from a Brizy template or global block that was saved before the shortcode was added.
- Fix
- Edit the global block itself rather than the page, then re-save. Pages inherit the block's stored output.
